Dr. Sarah Ku is passionate about sustainability, food, waste, insects, and circular strategies. She was formerly an Assistant Professor of Sustainable Business Management at Loyola University Chicago, but has left academia to start a business to help address food security, access, and sovereignty.
Her new business is Kukucachew LLC.
